unclean gymearly reservation

i was quite disappointed with the overall experience. the gym seemed quite old and not very well maintained. i noticed it was not very clean. also, securing a sun lounger near the main pool was nearly impossible (unless you got there early, like 7:00 am, to reserve one).

This resort has really good facilities. There are many pools available. The variety in restaurants offered delicious options to enjoy. I found the location to be ideal for accessing nearby attractions and local experiences.

Sometimes, locating available sunbeds near the main pool area was difficult during peak hours.

the resort had many pools, so finding a spot was never difficult. we loved the beach, as it was easily accessible and quite clean, though some areas were rocky.

the dinner staff seemed a bit stressed and sometimes not as attentive as i would have hoped.

i stayed in a double room. the bed was big and i slept great. the air conditioning works really well. i liked the nespresso machine in the room to.

the mini bar had not great choices and i thought it could be better. the pools are not heated, so it was not easy for me to swim because it was cold. there were no snacks available between 2:30 p.m. and dinner, i wanted a little something.

i found it hard to book the a la carte restaurants. the hostesses wasnt helpful. we were only able to get bookings thanks to marina at guest relations, but the food was just ok, not great.

i found several pools which were great the app was also very useful. it showed restaurant schedules plus offered a map of the grounds
